Project Eleven is an applied lab of builders and technologists at the intersection of quantum computing and cryptography, formed in 2024 to help secure digital financial infrastructure for a post-quantum world.

We’re on a mission to defend foundational systems like Bitcoin from the coming impact of cryptographically relevant quantum computers (CRQCs), and to help shape the next era of digital communication built on quantum-native primitives.

The Role

We’re hiring an Operations & Go-To-Market Lead to work directly with our founders to drive adoption and remove friction across the company’s growth path.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and operational execution. You’ll help us refine and execute our GTM roadmap — including community growth, marketing strategy, and institutional business development. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of high-leverage operational systems: hiring pipelines, reporting infrastructure, vendor coordination, and internal workflows.

This is a foundational hire. You’ll be the connective tissue that helps P11 move fast with focus — and helps put our groundbreaking technology in the hands of the right people, at the right time.

💥 Responsibilities

• Partner with the founder on GTM strategy, ecosystem development, and growth priorities
• Manage ops workflows: hiring coordination, internal tooling, dashboards, vendors
• Help plan and execute public launches, announcements, and messaging campaigns
• Own light CRM/sales support for inbound/outbound BD
• Coordinate with our distributed team to keep projects unblocked and aligned
• Track key GTM and company-level KPIs
• Jump in where needed — from scheduling to scripting to shipping

🛠 Bonus

• Prior experience in technical or frontier tech startups (crypto, AI, quantum, etc.)
• Familiarity with developer communities, open source ecosystems, or infrastructure adoption
• Experience with GTM tooling: Notion, Airtable, Hubspot, Substack, etc.
• Comfort running lightweight finance/admin workflows (e.g. payroll, contracting, invoicing)

🌍 Location

Remote-friendly. Time zones between PT and CET preferred.
